Barcrest is a game provider that dates back to the late 1960s. The studio began by releasing traditional five-reel slot machines for brick-and-mortar venues, and it reached heights in the mid-90s. It was eventually bought by IGT in 1998, and then bought by Scientific Games (Now known as Light & Wonder) in 2011.
